HFES strongly encourages conference attendees to stay at the Altanta Marriott Marquis so that the Society can meet its contracted minimum of guest room sales and avoid costly financial penalties. 

Important! If you receive a call from a company claiming to represent HFES to book 2022 Ergo-X rooms, be aware that this is a scam and DO NOT MAKE THE RESERVATION. Rates & Reservations:

The HFES room rate is $252 + 16.9% tax and $5/night State of Georgia Motel Fee based on single/double occupancy, with a $20/night fee for each additional person.

In order to secure a guest room at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, contact the hotel by telephone or reserve your room online.  For telephone reservations, you must state that you are attending the HFES Annual Meeting or Ergo-X in order to obtain a room at our discounted rates.
